Arena Theater Ticket Information:
Arena Theater is a black box theater which seats approx 120 and is General Admission with no reserved seats. Because our theater is General Admission, we cannot guarantee you a seat if you are late. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to curtain to guarantee a seat. If there are no tickets available, a waiting list will be started the evening of the show. Empty seats will be given to the waiting list 5 minutes before curtain.
Note: Evening shows begin at 7:30pm. This is a change from recent years.
Season Tickets
At the beginning of each school year Season Tickets go on sale. After the fall show, Season tickets are no longer available and tickets may be purchased for individual shows in the week prior to its opening.
Tickets can be purchased online or at the Arena Theater box office. During the run of the show, tickets will also be available in the lower level of the Beamer Center.
Season Tickets will be on Sale in the Box Office from October 5-12, 2011. Box Office hours are 12-4pm Monday thru Friday.
Season Tickets will also be available online beginning Oct 6. You can always purchase season tickets up until the opening of the first show of the season. After that, only individual tickets will be available.
Prices are as follows.
General Public- $25
Wheaton Students, Faculty and Staff- $22
Individual Show Tickets
Individual tickets for each show will go on sale the week before it opens. (starting on Wednesday)

$8 Weekdays and Matinees
$9 Weekends
General Public
$9 Weekdays and Matinees
$10 Weekends
*Musicals are an extra $1 per ticket due to the cost of production.
Box Office Purchases.
Tickets may be purchased in the box office using cash, checks, or credit cards. Tickets may be purchased over the phone using a credit card. There is a percentage charge associated with a credit card purchase. (approx $.75/ticket). Arena Theater tickets are sold by Tix.com in California. This will appear on your credit card charge.

Online Purchases:
Tickets may be purchased online. There is a $1.50/ticket handling charge associated with online purchases.
**Online tickets are available up to one hour before the start of the show.

Other Info:
Refunds and Exchanges. There are no refunds for tickets. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance up to 24 hours prior to either the new or old performance, whichever comes first.
Waiting List. The waiting list opens one hour prior to each sold out performance. You must be present to get on the waiting list and may only sign up for two tickets per person present. If seats are available, tickets will begin to be released 10 minutes prior to curtain.
Late Seating. Depending on the show there may not be late seating available. Your seats are guaranteed until the start of the show (2pm or 7:30pm). After that, there is no guarantee of seating in that show and there are no refunds for your tickets.

Handicapped Access. There is always handicapped access to Arena Theater through the East doors. There is a ramp and handicapped parking on the East side of the theater. Please let a house manager know how they can assist you.
